    • Role involves supporting enterprise customer Data Centre Technologies.

 

    • Monitoring Infra monitoring tools, consoles, mailbox and ticketing in ITSM tool.

 

    • Receiving customer calls and logging tickets in ITSM tool.

 

    • Event management for the tickets, following up with internal teams, customers and vendors.
