Research and develop a list of potential sponsors for each conference
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential sponsorship clients and exhibitors to up-sell & cross-sell;
Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors for future reference and follow ups.
Timely update the progress of account management, calls and client coordination on the CRM
Coordinate with the various departments including finance, credit control, branding, marketing & operations to ensure
the deliverables to the clients are duly met
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or verbally.
Ability to effectively plan sales strategy.
Ability to negotiate on behalf of both the client and Exito to achieve maximum benefit for both parties.
