Roles & Responsibilities :
*The Technical Support Engineer will act as the primary contact for customer on network related issues.
*The work is office-based, although you may need to work remotely across different customer sites depending on the size of the organization and their network.
*Respond to day-to-day network support requests from Customer, own and resolve the reported issue to customer satisfaction via phone, Webex or email.
*Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve network related issues.
*Provide remote support to l on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation/replacement process.
*Work closely with the Network Level 2 / 3 and escalate issue that needs immediate assistance.
*Have the technical capacity to mentor peers and act as escalation point for complex issues.
*Ready to support Global customers and willing to work in shifts including night shift.
