The Senior Network Support Engineer will act as the primary contact for customer on network related issues.
The work is office-based, although you may need to work remotely across different customer sites depending on the size of the organization and their network.
Respond to day-to-day network support requests from Customer, own and resolve the reported issue to customer satisfaction via phone, Webex or email.
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve network related issues.
Provide remote support to on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation/replacement process.
Work closely with the Network Level 2 / 3 and escalate issue that needs immediate assistance.
Have the technical capacity to mentor peers and act as escalation point for complex issues.
Ready to support Dell Global customers and willing to work in shifts including night shift.
