    • Take Inbound and customer calls

 

    • Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases

 

    • Research on different tools to increase the business opportunities

 

    • Demonstrate initiatives for refinement & strengthening of existing product

 

    • Regular follow up with new and existing customers

 

    • 2)DESIGNATION-COMMUNITY OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

    • What you’ll do:

 

    • *Provide an exceptional experience to our customers across all touchpoints including calls, chats and email

 

    • *Ensure trust and safety of the company as a platform through transaction risk management

 

    • *Work with our vendor partners to troubleshoot issues related to reservations and customer feedback

 

    • *Collect & analyze customer feedback to help improve processes and business functions across the company

 

    • *Collaborate with shift managers to help improve processes and outbound communication with our customers

 

    • *Collaborate with colleagues to improve internal reporting and track key performance metrics within the team
